During the process of booking you enter all the relevant data and system checks apartment availability and calculates the total charge.
Only small advance is payed in period of booking, and the balance is payed in cash only at arrival.

We strongly recommend paying advance using our online credit card payment. In this case, we charge you with 8% of first day charge, and all the rest is payed at arrival. This amount is usualy about 5 EUR, depending season, but can´t exceed 10 EUR.

We can accept paying advance using Union Express money transfer or using bank transfer. In this cases we charge you with 20% of total amount. Here is the specification of data to be used for processing bank transfer.
