CONDITIONS

Please read this carefully:

You are expected to have written (e-mail) acknowledgement of your reservation. You will be noticed about amount of expected advanced payment (usualy 20%). The balance to be payed on arrival.

The owner is not living on the apartment´s address. Please advertise him about expected time of arrival and/or about eventaly delay.

There are no extra charges. The soyourn tax and all other expences are included in the price.

Because of obligatory evidence of all guests, after arrival you have to present your personal documents (passport) to the owner.

The arrival date is the first day of your stay. The apartment will be prepaired for you after 14.00 (2.00 PM), but this can be anticipated on agreement.

You are expected to leave apartment last day before 11.00, to make it possible to prepaire it for the next comings. Please ask if you wish to stay longer.

We do not prepaire meals for our guests (neither breakfast). There is fully equipped kitchen on your disposal. There are various restorants in the close neighborhood.

The apartment will be completely cleaned before your arrival. Linen and towels are replaced after 7 days, or earlier if agreeded.

The expence of gas, electricity, water, internet connection and phone (except international) are included in charge.

Pets are allowed only with explicite agreement with the owner.
